The 3 Cycle System is designed to continuously stimulate your body through progressive exercise and movement so you avoid the effects of ‘plateauing’ by frequently introducing your body to new and demanding stimuli to maximize results.
THE THREE CYCLES:
CYCLE 1— STABILIZATION AND FLEXIBILITY
The goal of this conditioning phase is to build a strong fitness foundation, increasing MUSCULAR ENDURANCE, FLEXIBILITY AND STABILILITY.
The goal is to stabilize the joints and posture to maximize the results of fitness training and prevent injury.
CYCLE 2—BALANCE, COORDINATION AND STRENGTH
Whether your goal is to increase muscle size (hypertrophy) or being able to lift heavier loads (maximal strength), we focus on PRIME MOVER strength placing greater demands on the neuromuscular system to increase fat loss and strength gains that will become apparent in your daily movement and athletic performance.
CYCLE 3— ADVANCED TRAINING
Building on the foundation achieved in Cycle 1 and Cycle 2, your program will be tailored to highly specific goals, improving your balance, coordination, flexibility, agility, stamina and strength. Techniques relating to a specific sport or activity can also be integrated.
