I was looking for a little guidance to mix up my workouts a bit as I was getting older. I had always done the traditional stuff, weights, running, hoops, etc.. and was coming off a simple knee surgery. Patrick opened up my eyes to a whole new world of fitness that was about strengthening the core. The kind of fitness that would allow me to pretty much do anything i wanted to do, snowboarding, surfing, hoops, baseball, competitive treks, etc.....Patrick was first class and because I had to move back to the states, my workouts have never been the same without his motivational tactics, but the methods will stay with me for as long as I am able.
